* There's an unanswered (?) message from about a week ago, announcing [RustRush](https://rustrush.ru/) in London in December - do we need to coordinate anything with them?

* It seems that previous sponsors are hesitating to settle the deal because the date and venue isn't announced yet (no further reply despite interest in the beginning)
* Also waiting for the bank

### Payments
* Updates on the documentation? (Ferran)

* Doublechecked with our accountant and a third person, as it's an educational event we don't charge VAT.

* **Decision on venue**? Should we make a final decision next week?
* Ferran is going to meet UPC tomorrow and have more info.
* Tomorrow I'm gonna meet them and they will give me a budget. I proposed to them maximum 30 tickets and that it should be negotiated.
