Jeske has a lot of contacts in the Netherlands * Erik might help out, but not available that much anymore * Sponsors from RustFest.eu * Put all e-mails in CC: * Reach out to Mullvad, what would they expect from us? * Reach out to remote streaming companies? * Might be tricky if we are not using their tools * Have a streaming provider sponsor our stream? * Adapt sponsorship levels for RustFest Global * Wouter and Rafaela will work on this, others will review * Have separate video call * Start reaching out sponsors last week in July, beginning of August (at the latest!) * What do we want to / can we offer to them? * Offer exposure * Free tickets * Branding livestream for platinum sponsor * Do some research on what other confs offer * Make sponsors your co-organisers by encouraging them to set-up local initiatives around the conference
