* Budget: 200 sold tickets might be too optimistic, be more conservative
* Focus on compelling conf experience for sponsors
* Focus on sponsorships, ticket income as "nice bonus"
* Only few people visit sponsor online booths
* Different ticket pricing expectations all over the world
* Average: 30€, lower prices make the conf more accessible
* Smaller budget > cheaper sponsor packages
* Sponsorship timeline
* Rafaela will be on holidays from 16th - 27th July; and at the end of August / September, so it would make sense to get most sponsorship work done in August
* Wouter, Jeske and Rafaela will have a video call at the end of July
* Go over sponsorship packages, re-adjust pricings, add nice pers - general feedback needed, so we can start reaching out to companies end of July/August
