* A lot of tasks were tied to Ferrous
* Making Asquera Event sustainable in 2020 was not that successful and future outlook neither
* Ferrous:
* Good help with tech-prep, set up, soundchecks etc.
* A lot of accounting was still going via Ferrous
* Ticketing was on Ferrous side because of infrastructure, also smaller risk
* Decisions could have been made sooner
* Stream, MCing worked well, good feedback for live event
* Vague future of Asquera Event as an operatign vehicle for online events
* Florian would like to bring Asquera Event to an end / cutting out the name
* Not relying on Oxidize for future funding
* Making sure the transition to 2021 for all employees goes smooth
* Continue cooperation in 2021?
* Valentina won't be actively contributing in 2021
* Not sure if Oxidize (in a similar vein like this year) will happen again due to current situation
* Lots of companies have stepped back from conference sponsoring
* Three organizations: Ferrous Systems, Asquera Event, Area Bay Tech Club - too many instances involved
* Future outlook options: doing online marketing & organizing online events?
* Terminating contract - settling for a date
* Termination by end of August 2020
* RustFest & Transitioning to Bay Area Tech Club
* Non-profit only
* Primarily for moving RustFest and other Rust events
* Moving RustFest infrastructure to Bay Area Tech Club
* Supporting local efforts with BATC funds

* Flaki is asking for help with this
* Kick-off funds needed
* Governance model around BATC: who is doing what, taking which decisions etc.
* Wrapping everything up after RustFest Global in November
* BATC will offer online streaming framework services to sustain itself for the next 6 months
* Money from sponsoring, event organizing, ...
* Long-term perspectives of the funding of Rafaela's position
* Rafaela as potential manager of BATC
* But: Would BATC be able to fully support Rafaela's position?
* Writing over Asquera Event to Rafaela doesn't make sense
* Taxation Germany vs. Estonia / Employing from a non-profit possible?
* "Yearly running expenses" in RustFest budget - 10-12k for Rafaela's work
* 5-10k of budget on Asquera Event was in the account earlier, and it needs to be discussed what will be happening with the money
* RustFest pays fixed fee to Asquera Event
* How much time exactly spent on RustFest?
* Continue the discussion within the next 2 weeks
