### Conference format
* The Tokyo team has joined us! :)
* Let's discuss if we keep Tuesdays 6pm Berlin-time / 1am Tokyo-time, or switch to Berlin-lunchtime so the Tokyo team can have the weekly in the evening instead of past midnight
* Are the EU-based team members available during lunchtime?
* Yes: Rafaela, Wouter, ...
* Figuring out exact time in Zulip
* Proposal: Week 1 Berlin-friendly time, Week 2 Tokyo-friendly time
* Ticket prices around 35€ ~ 4400JPY for Japan?

### New design for homepage
* Integration of streaming platform (https://waasabi.baytech.community/about-this-prototype.html)
* We will integrate the streaming service into the RustFest homepage
* Customizing the user experience
* Flaki designed a prototype for that - *Wasaabi* (open source software)
* Matrix-based chat platform
* Jan-Erik will talk to Alexander about simplification of homepage

### General infos
* Three Rust commitees in Tokyo, but also in other cities
* Big Rust community
* In Japan, paid online conferences are not too popular, people expect it to be free
* But paid ones are getting more spread
* 35€ sounds reasonable
