* LATAM-friendly: 6pm CEST / 1am JST (Wed)/ 1pm ART
* Also have a time that is not necessarily convenient for EU-based team members

* We are planning to reach out to URA design for implementing a new design based on the spec

* Kan-Ru/Chiko: Are we planning to localize the website?
* Flaki: short, we haven't planned for now (in a time crunch)
* Flaki will post a Zulip thread so we can talk about localization challenges and requirements
* We'll see if we can implement some of these in the current edition

* We will integrate the streaming service into the RustFest homepage

* Flaki designed a prototype for that - *Wasaabi* (open source software)
