Not really." * "It might be a good exercise to try to name a role for yourself" * "This discussion is not about the roles, however, but about the qualifiers" **Outcome (YES/NO/NO CONSENSUS/QUESTION UNCLEAR):** YES! #### Discussion 2 **Facilitator:** Lexa **Question:** Should we get rid of 'Responsibility' as a salary measure? * "Why was responsibility there in the first place?" * "So that people could choose to take a paycut if they want to take an easier job" * "How much do you wanna be in founder mode?" * Some amount of acknowledging internal work that doesn't fit into one's career path * But we have other ways of compensating this kind of work now * And the "founderish" roles/labour can be formalized * There's a sustainability problem here.
