# Faker

## What is faker?
Faker is a position who work additional in literacy. But the contract of fakers should be not laboratory.

## Purpose
- Help member to learn more from the project that they joined as a faker.
- Resolve the problem related to effort when the project is very small.
- Improve company profit.

## How to do your faker tasks
- You must do your tasks on main project first with 100% effort.
- The effort for faker project is overtime, or the free time when you do main taks faster than estimated time. But please note that the estimation for main project must be 100% effort (8h/day).

## Benefit
- Faker is a most important index to evaluate performance bonus
