## Location
**565 San Antonio Road #510**
**Mountain View, CA 94040**
1. Enter front entrance from Fayette Dr.
2. Use the front panel to the right and enter by using the ButterflyMX App. You could use the QR code on your phone to scan it in, but it's quite unreliable, so it's better just to dial in the code.
3. Go the 5th floor via the elevator
4. Go to Unit #510 and unlock using the Latch App or dialing in the door code manually
:::warning
Open the door slowly to make sure the cats don’t dash out the door. They never really do, but it did happen on one occasion.
:::
:::warning
There is public parking in the 555 building. It says it's for 4 hours only, but from my observations, it hasn't been enforced.

## Feeding Instructions
:::warning
They will most likely be very excited when you feed them. If they don’t come out when you first come in, I am positive they will when they hear you open the food containers or pour food in their bowls.
:::
### Frequency
**(preferred)** Twice a day – usually, I feed them right around 8am and 11pm, but do whatever times work best for you
**(okay)** Once a day – whenever you’re usually available but do it at that time consistently.
### Food and bowl assignment
In the kitchen, there are two food bowls and a gravity water bowl.
| Cat | Bowl | Wet Food | Dry Food |
|-----|------|----------|----------|
| Onyx | red polka-dot bowl | Wellness Core95 | orange coin kibble |
| Kiwi | white fish bowl | Hill's c/d Urinary | orange coin kibble |
Onyx's wet food kind of smells like spam. Kiwi's kinda smells like canned corned beef.

### Food location
Under the sink behind the right door

:::warning
There might be wet food in the fridge already. Check there before opening a new can.
:::
### Pre-feeding
If there is food in the fridge already, bring it out and let it warm up to room temperature.
:::info
If you are strapped for time, you could microwave their food for about 15 seconds, but please make sure it's not too hot.
:::
:::danger
If the food is too cold, there is a chance the cats might throw it up.
:::
### Portioning
For wet food, use any utensil in my kitchen drawer to scoop it. The utensil drawer is the one immediately to the left of the stove.
For dry food, there is a scoop in each container.
- Onyx:
- 1/4 can of wet food
- A sprinkle of the orange kibble
- Kiwi:
- 1/3 can of wet food
- A sprinkle of the orange kibble
- Evenings-only: sprinkle Cosequin and mix into the wet food (Cosequin looks like a pink pill, but it's just a container of powder to sprinkle over the food.)

:::info
Picture is slightly outdated. Onyx's should show the orange kibble instead.
If there is no more wet food, scoop a 1/4 cup of just dry food. Wet food is automatically shipped to my door periodically, so no need to get any on your own if it runs out.
:::
### Water
There is now a gravity waterer (brand: PetSafe), but it should be refreshed every couple of days. So just dump out the water in there, and it will automatically refill. If the container runs out, you can screw it off easily. Refill it with the cold water line in the kitchen faucet, which is now filtered water.
### Post-feeding
Store the extra canned food in the fridge. Use the covers.

## Dry Cat food
### Hill's Prescription Diet: c/d Multicare Feline with Chicken
