As a part of Gen Z workforce, I have experienced two different office cultures which represents traditional industrial culture and 'flexible' culture respectively. Either culture, each has advantages and disadvantages. I always remember there was a time when my predecessor superior ask me to attend to an 'entertainment event', which was hold on weekend and declared it as the 'company perk'.
