# Ryanair Pet Travel Policy
Ryanair does not allow pets in the cabins or on checked baggage. They plan to start offering pet services, which is wonderful news. Only guiding dogs, though, are currently allowed to fly on their aircraft. With a few straightforward standards and at no additional expense, they welcome guide dogs. However, the guiding dog must be well-publicized in advance.
Emotional support Ryanair allows passengers to bring their dogs along, but only if at least one international guide dog organization approves.

2. Have pet passport or a medical health record from a licensed veterinarian.
3. Ensure that your service dog is affiliated with at least one of the organizations indicated above.
4. To find out if there are any further restrictions, check with the embassy of your chosen country.
5. If necessary, purchase a container.
6. Ensure to check in well before the departure time.
## Service Animals
* Ryanair only accepts dogs as assistance animals.
* To be permitted on a Ryanair aircraft, a service dog must be trained to carry out tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability.
* Ryanair does not let therapy and moral support animals that have not been approved as service animals by the institutes listed below to travel with customers.
* The service dog should wear a collar on every leg of the journey.
* Service animals are required to travel inside the cabin with their owners and must always lay down at their feet. Per aircraft, a maximum of 4 service dogs are allowed. Along with the kennel and food, the dog is transported for free.
* While making the reservation, Ryanair staff should be made aware of the assistance dog. Ryanair will have to refuse the dog’s onboard if they are not made aware of the assistance dog prior to the flight. To ensure that the flight attendants can properly illustrate safety measures, this would be necessary.
* Any arrangement that adequately protects the service dog is acceptable
