He has experience writing at least roles or collections and likely even simple Ansible plugins like filters or modules. * Goals - .. * Motivations - .. * Frustrations - preparing content for galaxy ## Dave Dave is a **developer** that already have years of experience as an Ansible contributor. He has multiple merged core pull-requests. He knows Python at least at an intermediate level, including experience with QA tools and CI/CD pipelines. He is likely **maintainer** of at least one project related to Ansible like role, collection, tool. * Goals - produce and share content with others * Motivations - save others time * Frustrations ## Evan Evan is either community **evangelist** or at least somoene with a voice in the community: involved in discussions, social media, bloging. His technical skills level may only be intermediate and that is perfectly fine.
