After 7 days i.e when the contest gets over , we will be rewarding people with Blurt Power Delegation based on the rules that you will get familiar with in the later part of this post.

1. There will be three tier system in which we will devide the people who buy blurt and participates into the contest.
* Tier 1 : 1000-5000 Blurt
* Tier 2 : 7000-15000 Blurt
* Tier 3 : 18000-25000 Blurt

2. Top three buyers from each tier will be selected and entered into the wheel of fortune to have a chance to win the delegation for themself.

3. The remaining that do not comes into the top three will also be selected and entered into the weheel of fortune to have a chance to win secondary rewards that will be again in delegations.

2. For participating you must buy blurt only after this post is published , blurt bought before the announcement of this post will not be counted.

5. If there are four people with equal amount of buy value in blurt we will be chosing the three who bought first. So if you buy 25k blurt but three people already bought before you , you will be eligible for secondary rewards. ( you will get familiar with reward distribution below)

1. The top three buyers from each tier , T1 , T2 , and , T3 will have a chance to win 10k BP , 30k BP , and , 50K Bp delegation for one month.
