**Name:** Dunet Mathilde
**Age:** 20 ans
**Occupation:** Student
**Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** We were at her house in Paris.
**Duration of the meeting:** 15 min
## User scenarios testing
**1st instruction** :
Imagine that you would like to rent your bike.
**Observations:** She finds the design very attractive and minimalist. And she thinks that there is just the right amount of information on each "slide". So she does not feels lost or overwhelmed when using this app. She describes it as an intuitive app, as a "guide".
Moreover, she suggested to add a scale ranging from one to ten to better describe each level regarding the list of assignment.
---
**2nd instruction:**
Imagine that you would like to find a bike.
**Observations:** She thinks that the map is very helpful and that it is very easy to find a bike.
## Qualitative testing
**Positive feedback:**
- Interesting idea to help students in two different ways.
- Very intuitive and simple to use.
- Good design and good photos that bring the app and the project to life.
---
**Neutral feedback:**
- Right amount of information in each "slide".
---
**Negative feedback:**
- Improve the assessing of the users' level concerning the assignments for which they need help.
- The loading of some images is too slow. For example, the one on the first page.
- There should be a logo on each "slide" to make it more professional.
---
**Learning & insights:**
From that, we've learn that our application is invinting and exciting according to young people, our target. But we have also found that it is not totally complete, we are missing some details that could enhance the experience. This does not mean overloading our pages but just adding some fun ways of displaying the information like for instance quantitative methods (scales) for the services part.
---
**Decisions & actions:**
We want and we have to make some adjustments and improvements to the app. First of all we have to enhance the user experience by fastening the loading of the images. Then, to make it even more professional we should add our logo to each "slide". And, finally for the services part we should change the assessment of the level of each user: use a scale or simply indicatein which grade is the student.
