## **Proliferation and Collaborative Efforts to Spread NOGS Tokens Across Brazil (by NounsBR DAO)** ### **1. Introduction** The purpose of this proposal is to outline a strategy to incentivize a collaborative effort in spreading NOGS tokens across different locations, using the Pods and Decentralized Contents framework. This initiative aims to support the expansion of NounsBR DAO and popularize the meme in Brazil, ultimately engaging a larger audience that resonates with Nouns' mission. ### **2. Background** [NounsBR DAO](https://nounsbr.wtf/) is a sub-decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), created after the approval of [Prop 118](https://nouns.wtf/vote/118) that aims to create a vibrant and inclusive community around Nouns, a meme-based digital assets project. The DAO is built on decentralization, collaboration, and community involvement (aligned with Nouns DAO purpose). As part of its growth strategy, NounsBR aims to expand its reach and increase awareness of NOUNS and NOGS tokens in Brazil. ### **3. Allocation Strategy for NOGS Tokens** An allocation strategy with NOGS tokens will be implemented to kick-start the project and support the expansion of NounsBR. The following guidelines will be followed: #### **3.1. Initial Allocation:** A portion of NOGS tokens will be allocated to the Pods responsible for spreading NOGS tokens to remunerate the DAO contributors. Initially, these Pods include the Growth Pod, Marketing Pod, Media Pod, and Product Design Pods; the pods can change and optimized in the future. We'll distribute the tokens granted to the contributors and DAO builders aligned with the tasks finished, deliverables, and collaborations with the NounsBR DAO growth and optimizations. #### **3.2. Performance-Based Incentives:** In addition to the initial allocation, a performance-based incentive system will be implemented, including deliverables, quality, and commitment. This system will reward Pods and individual contributors based on their efforts in popularizing NounsBR DAO, Noggles, and achieving predefined milestones. Rewards will be distributed periodically, based on the tasks finished, and also, the evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each Pod. #### **3.3. Community Participation:** To encourage wider community involvement, a portion of NOGS tokens will be allocated for community-driven initiatives. These initiatives can include organizing meetups and events, running social media campaigns, or creating educational content about NOUNS and NOGS tokens.
