# General Tech Meeting Action Points: - add your domain members to the GitHub org if not already present - add your domain members to your domain teams. - add 2nd years to <domain>-19, first-years to <domain>-20 teams, or seniors to similar teams. - CC Lead and guide do you want to get the cc juniors to github? if yes, assemble their details so that they can be paired with other domains. - domain teams **should only have** the domain members, these teams are in charge of managing and maintaining the projects that they work on. - domain leads/guides (as suitable) to take 1v1 with junior members, duration ~15 minutes, improvise. - CC team to find cc juniors willing to work on other domains/projects - first show and tell on Wednesday, May 2, 2021 - Shreyas Khan (Web Lead) to talk to Srinivas (external) to know more about his skills and intent - Anmol Bhardwaj (Design Guide) to talk to competent designers for ACM Direct Entry, both 1+2 year eligible > lookup previous MOM from general meeting, as this meeting was a followup of points discussed in that. ## General Issues - problem of pairing people together - research can face a shortage of manpower - people from other domains working on topics overlapping with research to be in sync with - teams slacking, switch b/w small tasks to projects if need be.
