# Setting up the Organizer Dashboard
## I. Key Points
One vital role of a **Tech Fellow (TF)** is to set up the organizer dashboard with essential details about the course. Below is the list of information that needs to be filled out with specific details based on what is agreed per university before the start of the course.
* Session Dates and Times
* Submission Deadlines
TFs can either add or change the session dates and submission deadlines once confirmed. After changes have been made, send an update to support@codepath.org.
### I. Adding the course details
1. Go to [CodePath.org Dashboard](https://apply.codepath.com/organizations/codepathorg/cohorts/121/)
2. Double check if you are in the correct location by checking the name of the university.

3. Click the pencil icon at the right side to edit the details.

4. Fill out the necessary details and click update.

## II. Session dates and times

The session dates and times will reflect in the attendance dashboard where the TPMs will record the attendance before the start/end of the class.

### A. Adding session dates and times
1. Go to [CodePath.org Dashboard](https://apply.codepath.com/organizations/codepathorg/cohorts/121/)
2. Double check if you are in the correct location by checking the name of the university.

4. Scroll down to the **Sessions** section. Click the plus button to add session date. 
4. Fill in the details of the session.

5. For the **Session Type**, select **Lecture** if the course has only 1 session per week. If there are 2 sessions, the second date will be set as **Lab**. Once finalized, click the **Add** button.

### B. Editing or deleting the session dates
1. Go to the [CodePath.org Dashboard](https://apply.codepath.com/organizations/codepathorg/cohorts/121/)
2. Double check if you are in the correct location by checking the name of the university.

3. Scroll down to the **Sessions** section. 
4. On the date that needs to be changed, select **Edit** to change the date and **Delete** to remove the date from the list.

## III. Submission deadlines

The submission deadlines will trigger the automated emails once the student did not submit their coursework after the due date.

### A. Adding submission deadlines
1. Go to [CodePath.org Dashboard](https://apply.codepath.com/organizations/codepathorg/cohorts/121/)
2. Double check if you are in the correct location by checking the name of the university.

3. Scroll down to the **Assignment Deadlines** section. Click the pencil icon to add the deadlines date.
4. Select the desired date of deadline and specify the time. **Default is at 11:59pm PST**

5. Once finalized and completely filled out, click **Save**.
