Quiero construir el primer equipo de patinaje impulsado por NOUNS, compuesto por personas de categoría mundial que tienen la oportunidad de vivir experiencias valiosas gracias a su talento y a la comunidad que estamos construyendo.

Veo con optimismo el panorama actual de los deportes de patinaje en el mundo, no solo por su poder liberador y revitalizante, sino por los grandes talentos que podemos potenciar con constancia y disciplina, para hacer de este un equipo descentralizado que trascienda más allá de las fronteras y las barreras digitales que son tan difíciles de romper en lugares donde la tecnología ETH y DAO, usando blockchain, se están integrando.

Los invito a romper los límites de un equipo tradicional y abrir el espectro a un equipo cc0 que cree un espacio próspero para emprender e inventar juntos el futuro, proliferando NOUNS a cientos de miles de personas. Es más fácil encontrar a alguien que patina que a alguien que sabe de la existencia de NOUNS o del uso de las criptomonedas en el mundo físico.

Esta propuesta pretende ser un piloto de prueba y apoyo a la comunidad, creando confianza en el proyecto y su despliegue a otros países y personas, llevando a NOUNS y la comunidad NOUNS con nosotros, hasta escalar a una financiación mucho más robusta por parte de NOUNS DAO onchain. Esto, junto con el equipo, nos permitirá ejecutar protocolos de distribución y participación onchain, usando NOUNS como motor de generación de emprendimientos y experiencias valiosas en lo comunitario y en competencias profesionales.

¿Por qué creemos que es importante la creación de un equipo NOUNS en deportes de diseño? Porque somos un grupo de personas que practicamos el deporte en diferentes niveles. A nivel profesional, hemos obtenido reconocimientos en diversos escenarios que nos posicionan en lo más alto del downhill en el mundo. Somos referentes para personas de nuestra comunidad que están en el proceso y se divierten sobre patines. Queremos que todos tengamos la oportunidad de hacer lo que nos gusta y, ¿qué mejor si esto que nos gusta lo apoya una comunidad de personas creativas que buscan incentivar ideas como estas, que aporten al crecimiento de esta marca a nivel global?

Queremos ser la conexión entre el mundo de las criptomonedas, los negocios utilitarios y la tecnología, con el mundo del deporte y las oportunidades que tenemos al hacer uso de la tecnología.

El DH NOUNS no es solo un equipo; es un piloto que busca demostrar en estos 5 meses el gran impacto que puede tener DH NOUNS y lo disruptivo que puede llegar a ser en cómo se manejan convencionalmente los patrocinios y las ayudas para los deportistas, al menos en Colombia. Crearemos un sistema de selección de representantes del equipo DH NOUNS en diferentes competencias que se desarrollarán entre octubre, noviembre y diciembre de 2024. Estas personas representarán a la comunidad NOUNS en dichas competencias y serán apoyadas con inscripciones a la competencia, viáticos y transporte, para que puedan desarrollar sus actividades deportivas durante la competición. Estas personas deberán presentar ante la comunidad NOUNS, en la página web, una solicitud para ser apoyadas y viajar a dicha competencia. Este será el único requisito para ser acreedor a un patrocinio de DH NOUNS para viajar a las competencias.

A continuación, ejecución del proyecto:

El proyecto busca generar un incentivo para la práctica del deporte en la comunidad NOUNS de patinaje en diferentes países de habla hispana, usando dinámicas en línea y onchain a través de nuestra plataforma comunitaria y en competencias profesionales de descenso, apoyando a deportistas para que representen a la comunidad DH NOUNS. Estos, a su vez, retribuirán a su comunidad local, realizando reuniones en sus ciudades, presentando a DH NOUNS a su comunidad local y poniendo a NOUNS en boca de miles de patinadores. De esta forma, podremos conectar a emprendedores, patinadores creativos o fanáticos de NOUNS, promoviendo la velocidad, el apoyo mutuo y el emprendimiento en países de habla hispana.

Nos queremos enfocar en apoyar a un grupo selecto de personas en Colombia, un representante por ciudad, así como representantes nacionales de Venezuela, Panamá, Ecuador, Perú y posiblemente otros lugares de habla hispana. ¿Cómo?

En el proceso que hemos llevado a cabo, hemos identificado que lo mejor es construir con personas de confianza. Así que DCOT se contactará directamente con los deportistas, eventos y entidades gubernamentales, como federaciones de patinaje. A estas personas se les pagará en ETH en la red de Optimism y deberán tener su perfil creado en DH NOUNS, haciendo una solicitud formal a la comunidad DH NOUNS. Es importante involucrar a todos los patrocinados en dinámicas de participación onchain, asegurando que las personas que nos representarán saben qué es NOUNS y realmente nos representarán.

En el espacio comunitario, la idea es que realicemos dinámicas en línea durante el mes de diciembre, donde depositaremos una cantidad semanal con una temática diferente para que las personas se motiven a participar y sean recompensadas. De esta forma, involucramos a más personas en la comunidad onchain, a dinámicas de votación y distribución de valor.

Simultáneamente, tendremos eventos que estaremos patrocinando en distintas ciudades, organizados por las personas apoyadas que viajaron a las competencias durante los meses de octubre y noviembre, pagados con la tesorería y el apoyo de NOUNS Amigo y DH NOUNS.

También apoyaremos algunos eventos de asistencia masiva que se ejecutarán en Colombia, Venezuela y Panamá, con 100 USD para premiar a los mejores competidores de DH NOUNS, siendo uno de los patrocinadores de estos eventos y promoviendo el proyecto durante los mismos.

¿cuál es la visión de la propuesta?
Lo que planteo propone ejecutarse entre 2025 y 2026, proponiendo ser financiados por NOUNS DAO como el primer subDAO NOUNS enfocado en deportes de velocidad. Los miembros estarían inmersos en el ecosistema Ethereum y NOUNS, evolucionando a partir de la propuesta del equipo hacia un club formalizado legalmente. Esto abriría una gran puerta para que las personas reconozcan a NOUNS como una marca que apoya el deporte y contribuye a que más personas puedan aprender a patinar, generando prosperidad en el patinaje como un deporte para todo público.

Demostrar el alcance que tendría el proyecto si logramos mantener estas actividades y dinámicas, así como eventos que, en el futuro, sean mejor producidos y generen ROI para producir y ejecutar eventos de nivel profesional con la marca de NOUNS. Estos eventos contarían con la participación masiva de espectadores, 250 competidores, y 6 a 7 categorías, iniciando así el legado de NOUNS en la comunidad deportiva.

Proceso de selección de deportistas:

Las personas que representarán a la comunidad NOUNS en las competencias deben tener su perfil creado en thatsgnar.ly/dhnous.

Las personas seleccionadas deben hacer una solicitud formal para la competencia a la que asistirán en el espacio DAO dentro de DH NOUNS. Los deportistas deben hacer esto, como mínimo, 20 días antes de la competencia.

Las personas seleccionadas serán informadas sobre qué son los NOUNS y cómo participar en la comunidad DH NOUNS, para así comunicarlo a las demás personas con las que interactuarán durante las competencias a las que asistirán.

Las personas incluidas en este equipo deben pensar en una reunión de acuerdo a sus capacidades logísticas, que implique patinar e involucrar a sus amigos patinadores en una dinámica NOUNS. Esto busca apoyar económicamente a los deportistas asistentes que tienen el potencial de representar a la comunidad a nivel deportivo, ya sea pagando en dinero de su país o en ETH si se opta por ETH crearán concursos públicos dentro de DH NOUNS para distribuir el premio a cambio de contenido fotográfico o audiovisual creado por la comunidad durante el evento,

Las personas patrocinadas deben entregar un video que presente lo que se vivio en los eventos para que sea compartido en redes sociales y así presentar al público lo que estamos logrando como comunidad.

I want to build the first skateboarding team powered by NOUNS, composed of world-class individuals who have the opportunity to experience valuable moments thanks to their talent and the community we are building.

I am optimistic about the current skateboarding sports scene worldwide, not only for its liberating and revitalizing power but also for the great talents we can empower with consistency and discipline to create a decentralized team that transcends beyond borders and the digital barriers that are so difficult to break in places where ETH and DAO technology, using blockchain, are being integrated.

I invite you to break the limits of a traditional team and open up the spectrum to a cc0 team that creates a thriving space to innovate and invent the future together, proliferating NOUNS to hundreds of thousands of people. It's easier to find someone who skates than someone who knows about NOUNS or the use of cryptocurrencies in the physical world.

This proposal aims to be a pilot to support the community, building trust in the project and its rollout to other countries and people, bringing NOUNS and the NOUNS community with us, until scaling to much more robust funding from NOUNS DAO onchain. This, along with the team, will allow us to implement onchain distribution and participation protocols, using NOUNS as an engine for generating entrepreneurship and valuable experiences in community building and professional competitions.

Why do we believe creating a NOUNS team in design sports is important? Because we are a group of people who practice the sport at different levels. At the professional level, we have achieved recognition in various settings, positioning us at the top of downhill worldwide. We are role models for people in our community who are in the process and having fun on skates. We want everyone to have the opportunity to do what they love, and what better if this passion is supported by a community of creative people looking to encourage ideas like this that contribute to the growth of this brand globally?

We want to be the connection between the world of cryptocurrencies, utility businesses, and technology, with the world of sports and the opportunities we have by leveraging technology.

DH NOUNS is not just a team; it is a pilot project that seeks to demonstrate in these 5 months the great impact that DH NOUNS can have and how disruptive it can be in how sponsorships and support for athletes are conventionally handled, at least in Colombia. We will create a system to select DH NOUNS team representatives in various competitions between October, November, and December 2024. These individuals will represent the NOUNS community at these competitions and will be supported with competition registrations, travel, and transportation expenses so they can carry out their sports activities during the competition. These individuals must submit a request to the NOUNS community on the website to be supported and travel to said competition. This will be the only requirement to be eligible for DH NOUNS sponsorship to travel to the competitions.

Below, project execution:

The project seeks to generate an incentive for the practice of the sport within the NOUNS skateboarding community in various Spanish-speaking countries, using online and onchain dynamics through our community platform and in professional downhill competitions, supporting athletes to represent the DH NOUNS community. These athletes, in turn, will give back to their local communities by organizing meetings in their cities, introducing DH NOUNS to their local communities, and spreading NOUNS to thousands of skaters. In this way, we can connect entrepreneurs, creative skaters, or NOUNS enthusiasts, promoting speed, mutual support, and entrepreneurship in Spanish-speaking countries.

We want to focus on supporting a select group of individuals in Colombia, one representative per city, as well as national representatives from Venezuela, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, and possibly other Spanish-speaking locations. How?

In the process we have carried out, we have identified that it is best to build with trusted individuals. Therefore, DCOT will directly contact athletes, events, and governmental entities, such as skating federations. These individuals will be paid in ETH on the Optimism network and must have their profile created in DH NOUNS, submitting a formal request to the DH NOUNS community. It is essential to involve all sponsored individuals in onchain participation dynamics, ensuring that the people representing us know what NOUNS is and truly represent us.

In the community space, the idea is to conduct online activities during December, where we will deposit a weekly amount with a different theme to motivate people to participate and be rewarded. This way, we involve more people in the onchain community, in voting dynamics, and value distribution.

Simultaneously, we will sponsor events in various cities, organized by those supported individuals who traveled to the competitions in October and November, funded by the treasury and the support of NOUNS Amigo and DH NOUNS.

We will also support some large-scale events to be held in Colombia, Venezuela, and Panama, with $100 USD to reward the top DH NOUNS competitors, being one of the sponsors of these events and promoting the project during them.

@dhnouns_creations and @dhnouns, where we have great community response, and we are growing more and more.

What is the vision of the proposal?
What I propose is to be executed between 2025 and 2026, aiming to be funded by NOUNS DAO as the first NOUNS subDAO focused on speed sports. Members would be immersed in the Ethereum and NOUNS ecosystem, evolving from the team proposal into a formally legalized club. This would open a great door for people to recognize NOUNS as a brand that supports sports and helps more people learn to skate, generating prosperity in skating as a sport for everyone.

Demonstrating the reach of the project if we manage to maintain these activities and dynamics, as well as events that, in the future, are better produced and generate ROI to produce and execute professional-level events with the NOUNS brand. These events would feature massive spectator participation, 250 competitors, and 6 to 7 categories, thus starting the NOUNS legacy in the sports community.

Connecting NOUNS with skateboarding and skaters with NOUNS.

Athlete selection process:

The individuals who will represent the NOUNS community in the competitions must have their profile created on thatsgnar.ly/dhnouns.

The selected individuals must submit a formal request for the competition they will attend within the DAO space in DH NOUNS. Athletes must do this at least 20 days before the competition.

The selected individuals will be informed about what NOUNS is and how to participate in the DH NOUNS community so they can communicate this to the people they will interact with during the competitions they will attend.

The individuals included in this team must plan a meeting based on their logistical capacities, involving skating and engaging their skater friends in a NOUNS dynamic. This aims to financially support attending athletes who have the potential to represent the community at the sporting level, either by paying in their country's currency or in ETH if ETH is opted for. They will create public contests within DH NOUNS to distribute the prize in exchange for photographic or audiovisual content created by the community during the event.

Sponsored individuals must submit a video showcasing the events' experiences to be shared on social media, presenting to the public what we are achieving as a community.
