# New Server With 1.17 Update

Knowing that everyone is looking forward to this Minecraft update, many members have misgiving about this. Still, some technical processes must be completed before it is launched officially. Thus, we have a brief report for you.

## 1. Wait for the Purpur 1.17 Server to be released
Since our Minecraft server is not a native (Vanilla) server, we use the [Purpur](https://purpur.pl3x.net/) build for additional features and fine-tunes to get better performance. However, we are still waiting for the Purpur 1.17 Server to be released.

## 2. The respective version of plugins released
Since the 1.17 update is a major update, we have to wait for developers to complete and release the respective version of plugins.

### 2-1. Compatibility Test
Some of the different plugins have specific protocols for communication, or have dependencies for loading, so that we have to test to ensure that no conflicts exist.

## 3. Game modes(rules) adjustments, Configuration tuning
> At this moment, it's not far to go!

Game rules such as: Keep inventory, sleeping ratio, world difficulties... etc, and yeah, some performance tuning.

## 4. Stage Test
Once all the settings are mostly complete, our Admins will take a final check to make sure all the functions are set up properly.

## 5. Officially Online!
After the announcement is published, all the players can join our 1.17 server and play!
