# 2104 Science Fair

Congrats seniors on graduation 🎓 It's time to show off those apps you've been working so hard on these past few weeks. This document serves as a breakdown for our 2104 science fair.

## Location

## Logistics

* Each team here will be part of either Group A (3 - 3:45 PM EST), or Group B (3:45 - 4:30 PM EST)
* All our senior teams (from GH, FSA) will be at the Science Fair - each with their own breakout room to show off!
* Juniors will be able navigate freely between these breakout rooms

## Process

To streamline the process I recommend that when presenting you:
* **Screen share in your breakout room and then split your screen with your demo and step-by-step instructions on how to access your app**. This way you don’t have to keep explaining or sending the link over and over. Those entering your room can access your app without help.
* **Just keep demoing your app and taking questions from folks in the room**. They had to opportunity to watch your videos ahead of time, so they might be ready with questions off the bat.
* **Set up a schedule** with your teammates so one person isn’t doing all the work for the full hour. l o a d b a l a n c i n g
