# Share My Bike - testing 1 :::warning ## Qualitative interview guide **Introduction** *We're a group of 5 students of emlyon Business school. As part of a course, we are developing an application to improve students' cycling experience using the Internet of Things. You’re about to test our app, which is going to help us a lot in improving it. Of course, you are free to ask any questions you wish.* Q1: Could you introduce yourself ? Q2: Are you comfortable with the term "Internet of Things"? Q3: Do you have any questions ? **General information related to the topic** Q4: Do you own a bike ? Q5: How often do you cycle? Q9: Did you find all the information you were looking for? **Constructive suggestions for improvement** Q10: How could the app better meet your needs? ::: --- :::warning ## Testcard ## Pre-testing **Name:** Sassolas Victoria **Age:** 21 ans **Occupation:** Student **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** We were at the library of emlyon Business School. **Duration of the meeting:** 30 min ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : Imagine that you would like to rent your bike. **Observations:** She finds the design very ergonomic and attractive. In addition, she thinks that the idea of paying with services very interesting, especially for students. However, the list of assignments in which you need help may maybe be wider. --- **2nd instruction:** Imagine that you would like to find a bike. **Observations:** For this scenario, she believes that this part of the application could be more detailled in order to make it more complete. Nevertheless, the map to check if the bike is available or not is a relevant way to understand the goal of the application. ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Attractive, dynamic and great design - Easy and intuitive access to application functionality - Innovative and interesting idea for students --- **Neutral feedback:** - Menu accessibility is good - Colors are alive and vibrant - The visual identity of the application is remarkable --- **Negative feedback:** - The list of assignements is too short, it could be improved - The feature in order to find a bike near where we are has to be more detailled - Several buttons are not yet used and have to be connected with others pages --- **Learning & insights:** From that, we've learn that our application is not totally complete. That's why we need to improve it by adding some features and interactions between pages. Thanks to this interview, we've learn that the design of our application is pleasant and well-thinked. --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, we will make some improvements to our application. Indeed, we have add some others assignements in which you need help in order to meet customer expectations. In addition, we're going to add some new pages to use buttons not used so far. Our goal is to improve the actual characteristics of our application to make it more practical and intuitive. :::
