Hello @Moderation I need your help in a search. All I want you to run an app and submit the details you get from the test. And please DM me , it will easier for me to get results.
I will be pasting instructions here so you can go through it
Steps :-
1. Open your Actifit and walk 100 steps and check the counts that Actifit added in this 100 steps span. (Ex:- I was on 35 counts, and I started to walk for 100 steps so total in Actifit as assumption is 140 counts, so the difference is 105 counts that Actifit added in the 100 step walk)
2. Now install the app - Android only - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=redpi.apps.accelerometercalibrationfree

3. Now put the phone on flat surface and hit calibrate button. It will take some time and then restart your device

4. After reboot, open Actifit and again walk for 100 steps and see the counts Actifit added. And record it.
5. Now DM (Direct message me in this order)
- Phone model no, brand (ex, redmi note 3 pro)
- Android os versions(ex nougat)
- test one count(before calibration - as of step 1) so it will be like "Before Calibration - 105"
- Then After calibration (step 3 and 4) like "After Calibration - 110"
