* **ASK FOR HELP**
When you find the solution to a problem to be far fetched, seek help from your colleagues or team. Be specific about the problem, they might be able to help.
* **TRUST**
Build confidence in your team and keep reinforcing it by allowing them to be part of the solution process from the point of identifying the problem to the point of resolving it.
* **SUPPORT YOUR TEAM**
Be willing to support the team rather than being so critical about their solution development process. It pays when every member of the team bring in their talents, ideas and other essential resources to help fix the problem.
* **ABSORB FAILURES**
In spite of the effort put in place by the team, if they meet with failure, the boss, leader or team members should not resort to anger. Instead, help your team analyze things again to see what better options would bring result and how to improve in future so that failure will be off or minimized.
* **SEEK OUTSIDE HELP**
If the processes and ideas implemented by a team is not yielding best result, it is not bad if the organization seek help from outside sources who will help evaluate things objectively and provide other approaches. When this works out fine, this may be exactly what your organization has been looking for.
However, keep in mind that the best solution is that one that will be of great benefit to your organization at a low cost. Once you have that, celebrate your success together no matter how small.
