為順應綠色金融之國際發展趨勢，並配合我國非核家園、能源轉型、環境減排等重大政策，金管會自106年起推動「綠色金融行動方案1.0」、109年8月發布「綠色金融行動方案2.0」，運用金融市場的影響力，引導企業重視環境、社會及公司治理（下稱ESG）議題，促成投資及產業追求永續發展之良性循環。
本場次邀請星展銀行吳銘勝從金融業的角度來分享如何響應此一政策，而國際上是否有值得借鏡的經驗；資策會地方創生處周樹林處長將從輔導產業數位轉型以促進永續的案例談談產業如何接球；今周刊王之杰則以商業週刊媒體的立場分享在ESG潮流中，台灣還有哪些潛力發展趨勢。

主辦單位 ── 台南新芽
台南新芽，希望以公民團體的角色對台南市政開始理解、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的目的。參與政治並非只有參選一途，透過各種網路時代開放政府的思維，我們期許能降低公民關心政治的門檻，從人人都可以的公共參與開始，讓每個人都能快速理解施政實況，並且在資訊盡可能對等的情況下討論政策。
我們將舉辦志工營隊、定期講座、街頭宣傳，更重要的是開始規畫並執行市議會的監督工作，期待能揭開重重簾幕，讓議會問政實況呈現在市民面前。
讓我們一起構築藍圖，畫出對台南的願景與期待，讓台南成為一個多元友善、富有文化意涵、環境永續、勞工有尊嚴的城市。「台南新芽」在地紮根、深耕發芽，邀請您一起揮灑熱情、細心灌溉。
