活動簡介
設計有靈魂的會議是我們的任務。桔本（Orange Gibbon）的會議設計（Meeting Design）是來自荷蘭與台灣的團隊，我們挑戰當前會議的現狀。
會議是即時的交流；我們提倡的會議文化崇尚人與人的互動、創造性、多元性和永續發展。我們慎選客戶，因為在合作的過程中我們將一同前行，讓會議達到更有效、更人性化、更行動導向、而且更讓人心動雀躍。我們的客戶相信透過Meeting Design的參與貢獻，他們可以在永續發展指標（SDGs）上取得進展、有效管理會議品質，我們將會場視為心理化學的催化劑，關鍵在於與會者的經驗、與會者之間產生的化學變化。這也反映出我們所擁抱的價值—有用的觀點不一定只來自有權位的人，而是來自組織裡不同角色的成員。
Orange Gibbon團隊深信在人類所發明的眾多機制當中，會議是最有力量的一種，可以驅動社會、科技和經濟進步，為重大的挑戰找出解決之道。我們的任務就是開啟並充分發揮每一場會議的潛力與價值；從會議設計開始，找到會議的靈魂。

主辦單位 ── 台南新芽
台南新芽，希望以公民團體的角色對台南市政開始理解、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的目的。參與政治並非只有參選一途，透過各種網路時代開放政府的思維，我們期許能降低公民關心政治的門檻，從人人都可以的公共參與開始，讓每個人都能快速理解施政實況，並且在資訊盡可能對等的情況下討論政策。
我們將舉辦志工營隊、定期講座、街頭宣傳，更重要的是開始規畫並執行市議會的監督工作，期待能揭開重重簾幕，讓議會問政實況呈現在市民面前。
讓我們一起構築藍圖，畫出對台南的願景與期待，讓台南成為一個多元友善、富有文化意涵、環境永續、勞工有尊嚴的城市。「台南新芽」在地紮根、深耕發芽，邀請您一起揮灑熱情、細心灌溉。
