2050 淨零是世界各國共同擬訂的目標，但如何達到此一目標，各國的情況、路徑都有所不同。本場次邀請到行政院主導能源轉型的經濟部曾文生次長及立法院專注於氣候議題的洪申翰委員來談談公部門如何擘劃淨零藍圖，同時也邀請企業、媒體代表來共同分享民間在這件事上做了哪些努力，也探討淨零的公私協力可能性。

主辦單位 ── 台南新芽
台南新芽，希望以公民團體的角色對台南市政開始理解、思考並介入、參與，進而達到實質監督的目的。參與政治並非只有參選一途，透過各種網路時代開放政府的思維，我們期許能降低公民關心政治的門檻，從人人都可以的公共參與開始，讓每個人都能快速理解施政實況，並且在資訊盡可能對等的情況下討論政策。
我們將舉辦志工營隊、定期講座、街頭宣傳，更重要的是開始規畫並執行市議會的監督工作，期待能揭開重重簾幕，讓議會問政實況呈現在市民面前。
讓我們一起構築藍圖，畫出對台南的願景與期待，讓台南成為一個多元友善、富有文化意涵、環境永續、勞工有尊嚴的城市。「台南新芽」在地紮根、深耕發芽，邀請您一起揮灑熱情、細心灌溉。
