* Aditi Pradeep presented her work on postion extraction. She reviewed the traditional apporaches first to motivate the interest in ML based position extraction. Then presented approach for ML based position extraction using BDT. It seems the proposed approach is really promising in X and Y position estimation, but not so in Z position.
* Yan, Rob and Aditi discussed ideas how the issue with Z position can be addressed. The conclusion is that more data need so to be generated and used.
* Aditi offered to post a copy of her presentation.
* Rob mentioned that he has been developing a GAN on his data. The GAN is expected to predict noise. The model has been working well. This is an on-going work and is still being polished.
