- Yan: put data through a low-pass filter, can add the noise in afterwards!
- Farnoush and Amy: sounds like a good idea!
- Rob: I do exactly this, see https://confluence.slac.stanford.edu/display/CDMS/CUTE+ML+noise+clustering#CUTEMLnoiseclustering-Filtering. I drop out high-frequency noise and then add it back
- Yan: how do we deal with correlation between channels?
- Farnoush: we definitely need to take this on. We do have some tasks that we need to first (CDMS-specific measures)
- Amy: Would Aditi's work be helpful here? Or maybe simulations data?
