Farnoush: How much self-sampling can be done? New idea -nyquist loss-less compression algorithm
Sukee:
-Computational time can be reduced by optimizing network architecture (# of nodes, # of layers), also could help looking into batch size
-Early stopping because it looks like the training converged around 200 epoch - log y-axis in loss plot would help to know this for sure.
Farnoush: tried different batch size? change architecture
Amy: Computing resources to run a script for 1 day or so can be made available
Farnoush: 8 GPUs with extended time can be made available
Amy/Farnoush: Continuing this work - Zack and Kathryn(?)
