Findings
1. Simple Proxy Mysql is not using query timeout.
2. RnR Box restarted on some load which caused RnR boxes to go OOR.
3. RnR boxes CPU went to 100%.
4. Check the mysql configuration and configure bucket. https://jira.fkinternal.com/browse/IXPUGC-3516

6. Move c16 box to slave or replace c8 with c16.
