On the decentralized Internet - where is no enforced censorship and communication happens without involving any 3rd party service - the information is exchanged in unusal ways thereby life happens differently. Data of interest is retrieved anonymously which leads to other related data by references made by any user. Services emerging on it so that massive user-generated data can be aggregated in a serverless fashion. Web3 allows to build connection between singers and fans without Spotify, between retailers and buyers without Amazon, between content creators and followers without YouTube, between loved ones without Meta.
Web3 gives back the data ownership to the user. This feature raises the value of information that leads to a data market where sellers are the users themselves.
Our digital life is no more application based but protocol based.

We are living in a world where the data is the new gold and enclosed Artifical Intelligents are learning on it. Technologies are evolving fast meanwhile we are only trying to get the nature of indirect threats surrounding us. Even if we are close to a well adapting and functioning system, self-interest and the lust of power of its operators would corrupt that and prevent new game changing ideas to flourish. In order to break this vicious circle there is a need for a new foundation for working at companies, handling money, operating services and last but not least for accessible and reliable tools to interact with the governing institutions.

Overall, these protocolize workflows running by different institutions and give the controller to the hands of people: all that a Web3 HOBO wants to achieve.

Working towards freedom, perspicacity, power and self-suverenity of people cannot fit into a capitalist profit based undertaking. Those who actually work towards these values attempt to earn money by joining funds and its subsidiaries.
