3. Program Dashboard
**Will the program dashboard be a part of the admin login?**
Changes to the application deadline, application fee- has to be raised with the ISC admin.
The admin won't have the option to edit deadlines and application fee (only build /update form option will be available)
**What happens when the additional form is updated after the student has filled it ?**
If the application is in Review passed state or any state post that- there will be no impact on the student's application.
The check added while sending the aplication for review will only check if all the application related item like- additional form, documents, sop,application fee. Even if a single field within additional form is filled it will be considered complete.
until the additional form is ready- the additional form entry will be greyed out (show info - Your form is currently being built, check back in 24 hours)- Joash to incorporate in his designs.
ETA for form building- max 24 hours
**What happens when the application fee is updated after the student has paid the application fee ?**
Advisor will be able to edit the application fee on application level (the change will only be applicable for that application and no changes will be done to the DB value)
If changes are to be made on DB level- Send an email to the ISC admin (they can direct it to data team if required).-* will be built later*
The advisor will have the option to edit application fee from advisor dashboard's application page (design chages required -inform joash)-* will be built later*
currently any changes to the application fee will be handled in the payment flow (refund/additional funds request)
**What if the advisor realizes that the additional form is not upto date with the university form, how will the advisor raise that request ?**
The application status will be changed to Documentation.
Raise the request with ISC admin for DB updation via email (email with missing fields).Ask for this on the portal itself maybe something similar to how we ask reason for rejection)-to be built later
ETA- to be discussed and finalised after we set the data pipeline.
Until the functionality for requesting changes from the portal is developed- mention it on the UI that the advisor should send an email to the ISC admin (email id to be created) with change details

**Notifications**
If additional form is to be built for any program- notify ISC admin (email)- triggered from the portal
Email- University name, Program name
When student applies for a program- notify advisor to review the application fee (to be built later)
until then show a message on the UI (advisor dashboard) if the application fee or deadline is to be updated send an email to ISC admin (Joash to incorporate in the designs)

This will built if required in the later stage depending on the feedback
