# Peace of Mind Demo ## Intro Are you highly skilled in the art of forgetfulness? I know I am! Time management has gotten tricky since the start of the pandemic. People are experiencing difficulty perceiving the passage of time, and often feeling "brain fog". We're here to offer you some Peace of Mind. Some tasks are too important to be delayed or forgotten, like taking medications, caring for others, or caring for yourself. Peace of Mind is a task management app that won't let you forget. Get an indefinite number of alerts via text messages, emails, and phone calls so you can't ignore the task at hand. Finally, you can stop worrying about forgetting. ## Demo - Action: user logs in - Voiceover: User enters the first name - Mary, last name - James, email id - mary@web.com and phone number 111222333 and clicks submit. It takes the user to the profile page. In case the user wants to update any field , user can click on edit profile button and can save the changes. - Action: user clicks "add task" - Voiceover: The user clicks "Add task button" on navigation bar to add a new task. - User enters a new task description. - User sets a reminder date by clicking on the Select Task "Due Date Button" and selects the date. - User can also set a reminder time by Selecting Start Time by clicking the clock and selecting the time in Hour and Minutes- AM & PM from the menu. - Action: user creates a new task with multiple alerts - Voiceover: User creates preferred alerts by entering the number and selecting, minutes, hours or days from the dropdown. - User clicks on the bell icon to select the type of alerts like SMS , Email or the voice option from the dropdown menu. - User creates multiple alerts based on the task urgency - Finally user clicks on the Save Task button to ensure task reminders are saved in the application. - Voiceover: Currently, Peace of Mind only supports manually-entered alerts, but the next iteration will feature indefinite alerts. These indefinite alerts will alert you at an interval you select, until the task is completed. For example, "text me ever 1 minute until the task is completed" or "text me every 1 minute for the first five minutes, then call me every minute until the task is completed." - Action: briefly show reminders page - Voiceover:User clicks on the bell icon on the navigation bar to see the list of tasks created and type of alert selected. - User has an option to slide "Alert on" button to activate the alert or deactivate it. - Action: briefly show mood/symptom tracking page - Voiceover: This is a calendar view to highlight the tasks with an emoji to show the task status. - Random motivational quotes from women leaders is added for inspiration . ## Outro Future development will include indefinite alerts, recurring tasks, and symptom/mood tracking. Additionally, the API will be made public for easy integration with applications like Trello, Google Calendar, Siri, and Alexa. We believe this application and API will help you stop worrying about forgetting, and bring you some peace of mind.
