# Domain Proposals ## Student Profile ### Short Description GPA doesn't mean much nowadays, but recruiters still want to know the work ethics of students. It's hard for recruiters to know what kind of work ethic the applicants have. This app will help recruiters get a better sense of students' work ethic. ### Technicals - Platform for students taking a course to earn **digital** accomplishments/badges/trophies - Must have certain badges to gain access to events - Showcases class work and homework - Shows people they have worked with and their ethics - Professors set goals/achievements - Examples: - Showed up on time for every class - Turned in HW one day before due date - No late HWs turned in ## RentMe ### Short Description A platform for users to rent and return items that they need. Think of it like Airbnb, but instead of renting a house for day, maybe someone wants to rent a camera for a special event, a guitar for a band performance, a space for hosting an event, or tools to fix their car. #### Categories - Electronic Equipment (i.e. cameras, laptops, monitors) - Music (i.e. dj machine, instruments, band performers) - Exterior House (lawn mower, blower, gardener) - Users rent from other users - Return date/period - Cost of renting per day or per hour - Type of equipment, category - User types (Renter/Rentee) - Purchasing add-ons (i.e. venmo, paypal, cash, etc) - Contract/Rules for renting (i.e. damage payed by user, items insured, etc) ## Bathroom Finder (CrapMaps) ### Short Description There is no app anywhere online for helping people find bathrooms. Wherever you go, you have to find a directory or walk seemlessly until you find the bathroom.
