# Thoughts on Primodium Strategy :::danger For WASD Alliance only ::: After a couple Primodium seasons, I have found that prioritizing the following aspects of the game are most beneficial in the early stages. There are three aspects of the game to focus on: 1. Expanding your base 2. Upgrading your base 3. Completing quests To get strong the fastest, you should focus on directing all of your resource production to the resource required for the completion of the above. \ Make all your miners mine the target resource. You can delete and rebuild miners for free. Leverage that to generate the highest production rate possible for the next blocking resource. If you need two different resources together, proportion your miners to produce the productions rates such that they will reach the desired quantities at the same time. Set a timer for the projected completion time. Each additional expansion will require upgrading your base. You can expand once before upgrading. Expand at all costs. Expand your territory to increase the amount of miners you have running. This has compounding benefits. You will quickly be able to produce more resource by having more miners, which has a much higher benefit than upgrades. That being said, upgrades for your miners will be useful eventually. Always attack pirate bases with enough troops to have enough cargo to loot the entire base's resources. The time-value of resources is real, so raiding them as quickly as possible with that many troops has massive benefits. Alloy becomes very important late-game. Capital ships, SAM Launchers, and other useful buildings cost Alloy. Most of my production at Level 4 is copper -> alloy. To be continued as I level up...
