## Idea #1 - Deadman Switch for DAOs
**Problem:**
Low Engagement.
Signers on Multi Sig don't do anything.
DAOs suffer from low engagement over time or from members that control the multisig to prevent anything from getting done. This causes ETH to sit locked in the DAO treasury.
**Solution:** A Deadman switch that listens to see if the DAO is still active.
### MVP
Build on Op
Liquidation address hardcoded to OP Public goods
Weighted Matrix - Amendable by high quorum proposal
* Voter Participation (x > n%)
* Proposal Passrate (y > n%)
* Proposal Submissions (z > n) 30 day shifting window or fixed time?
DAO configures:
Grace period before Deadman switch can execute
Voter Participation
Proposal Passrate
Proposal Submission threshold
Grace period before DAO could liquidate treasury
Future Scope
Configure address to liquidate
Allow for liquidation to return all funds to origin address based on % (Would require a transaction guard)
#### Outstanding Questions
Can this ben done with a Multisig and circumvent the multiple signers required to liquidate the treasury?
Can the signers of the multisig pre-sign the liquidation contract?
Should we have a Grace period to get the DAO established?
## Idea #2 - Recuring Payments
SNAP or DApp
Wallet extension/addon
**Problem:** Users want to be able to pay for subscription services or to configure automatic billpay for certian items.
**Solution:** Build a Snap or DApp that has the ability to send transactions for a user.
## Idea #3 - Recuring NFT Minting
Send money to address and NFT is automaticly minted and sent back to you.
At Runtime, you can check the owner of or balance of. Check Owner of would be better. If current timestamp < issuedTimestamp
Specify a daily rate. multiply daily rate by min days.

Valid until Mapping.
