This defines the DAO-level Objective to spin off current Core Unit teams into Ecosystem Actors.

## Paragraph Description of the Objective
This MIP defines the objective of enabling Core Units a pathway to form Ecosystem Actors; setting the eligiblity requirements, expectations of deliverables, and other requirements for funding.

## List of Key Deliverables
**1. Ecosystem Actor Start-up Business Plan**
* A PDF document detailing the Ecosystems independent strategy for starting and operating a profitable business.
* The PDF must be delivered on the Work Proposal Forum Progress Topic created after WP acceptance.

**2. Ecosystem Actor Legal Entity**
* A PDF document (with acceptable redactions to protect anonimity) showing incorporation is required.
* The PDF must be delivered on the Work Proposal Forum Progress Topic created after WP acceptance.

**3. Ecosystem Actor Branding & Marketing**
* A Twitter account must be created.
* A graphical logo must be created.
* A one-page website landing page must be created and published.
* [Optional] User-engagement data for a 2 month ad-campaign must be provided.
* All aspects of this deliverable are to be reported on the Work Proposal Forum Topic created after WP acceptance.

**4. Ecosystem Actor Infrastructure**
* An email server is deployed for Ecosystem Actor communications.
* Operational Tools are deployed for Ecosystem Actor internal and external coordination.
* Additional infrastructure can be requested and approved during the Work Proposal submission process for this DLO.
* All aspects of this deliverable are to be reported on the Work Proposal Forum Topic created after WP Acceptance.

## Desired Timelines or Milestones for Delivery
### Timeline: 3 months

### Milestones
Milestones for this DLO will serve as a reporting cadence.

DLO funding will be provided in two parts:
* 50% upon acceptance of the WP
* 50% streamed using DssVest over a period of 3 months.
* Adjustments to the funding methods can be proposed on an individual WP basis.

1. Ecosystem Actor Start-up Business Plan
2. Ecosystem Actor Legal Entity
3. Ecosystem Actor Branding & Marketing
4. Ecosystem Actor Infrastructure
