# Q3 Evaluation ## What tasks/projects/impacts have you done to the team? ### Completed milestone - Internal testing chain + launch testnet and upgrade Wenchang mainnet to Guanyu mainnet - Deploy POA and monitor the system - The first pyband version - Requester and relayer for standard price reference ### Development tasks - Chain - Finalized chain code before audit - Design feeless report and allow node reject other transactions if report tx wait too long. - Add bandcli commands for upgrade process - Verify request endpoint (signature and request exist checked) for Phase2 - Update docker script for development deployment flow - Yoda - Rewrite how to send report transaction and increase througput of chain - Function to estimate gas price for sending report transaction - Runtime - Allow non-standard library on AWS lambda funtion - Pyband - First initial version wallet + client + transaction module - Alpha lending contract (**Urgent** task!) - Alpha token distributor + alpha staking contract - Requester + relayer - The first version of requester to request job periodically on POA mainnet - EVM relayer to relay data from BandChain using web3.py - Integrate Pagerduty to alert if error happend ### Documentation & Release - Release bandchain v1.0.4 + 1.0.5 for band-guanyu-testnet1 + documentation to join testnet1 - Release bandchain v1.2.0 - v.1.2.6 for band-guanyu-testnet2 & 3 and band-guanyu-mainnet - Documentation for join testnet and mainnet - Upgrade procedure on both testnet and mainnet ### Management - High level and weekly task on Chain team - Setup migration internal test and manage migration party - Split upgrade tasks and assign to BandChain team - BSC mainnet price reference cost estimation ### Presentation - Substrate IBC working group presentation about Band requirement on IBC - Presentation high level of Band to the newcomers. ## Mistakes - Time estimation on tasks - Pending review wait too much and block someone work (Need to communicate and set deadline) - Missing some requirements and slow recognize sometime when we will deliver task. ## A person who impress me (Tan) The past 3 months he moved to work with Paul and Q on integrate with other projects. It seems fit him more than Scan team. His communication skill is the skill that we (other except 3 of you) lack. His passion on what he work and responsible on his work. The last thing is his recommendation or comment to other people when listen new idea & work. ## General comment - More work structure on team (we have more than 1 people on team) - The more activity between people (The last quater we have only 1 activity)
