- wss looking at what query would match the right sey
- @darcyclarke
- `npm query ":root > *:not(:type(git))"`
- @wraithgar
- `npm query`'s `:not` should be able to handle most usecases for negation
- community should be able to self-serve in most cases
- we'll consider priveledging queries on a case-by-case basis
