- Upgrade the glass door to the garden

- Rearrange electricity
- Second kitch change to bathroom
- Move the door in the hallway closer to the main gate

- First floor:
- Relocate the stairs to the current storage+study
- Living room entrance door, change to a bigger glass door

- Attic:
- Add new bathroom
- add new stairs

- Ground floor
- crawling space, fix the broken wooden beam
- crawling space, there are wood worms in the crawling space, need fix

- Attic:
- change the wooden beam
- fix the roof tile
- fix rain water drain

- Roof:
- Need tile replacement
- Drainage need to be fixed

- Go fully electrical

- Ground floor second kiten door to smaller window
- Atic staircase window smaller for bathroom
