# Collaboration Guideline

**Whenevers:**
- Whenever you add a new package/library always ask / inform the team
- Whenever you add/create a common utility always ask / inform the team
- Whenever you are gonna modify/refactor someone's code always ask / inform the code-owner and assign them to code-review after.
- Whenever you have assumptions always clarify it
- Whenever you add an executable code which would affect Database always confirm/inform the team.
- Whenever you take a leave (sick,emergency,bereavement,vacation) always inform the team especially which tasks of yours needs to be work on.
- Whenever an issue is raised in the channel / thread always add it to the bug-sheet / issues
- Just because it is not your own code doesn't mean you cant touch/modify it
