Step 1: 引爆讀書會對話
讀書會除了文本閱讀之外,還會遇到一系列經營讀書會的問題,例如時間難喬、不知道怎麼深入的去討論書籍的內容、不知道怎樣共同寫出今日讀書學習或凝聚的共識等等。
但如果成員們在參與時開始思考如何與成員們進行更深入的內容討論,就能更好的參與讀書會,例如每一場讀書會,領讀人與成員們是否能共同的發掘與讀書會相關的內容
補充說明:
1.建議不要使用是非題的角度來設計討論
2.若單次的議題太多,可嘗試投票票選議題,或挑選最有共鳴的議題於共同創作時仔細討論
3.當參與成員較多時,可嘗試先分組再互相交換議題討論的方式,增加對話並維持討論品質
4.若擔心討論離題,可參考下圖調整

補充說明:精華也可以換成介紹本次內容的內容主旨,除了應用點之外,為方便討論,建議也可以歸納出2-3個值得討論的議題

Step 2: 共同創作學習成果
相較於課堂報告,讀書會的準備與討論並沒有固定的項目,若試著將討論內容轉化為具體的學習成果(如筆記、簡報或工作提案),讀書會的凝聚力與共識也將會大大提升。共同創作的學習成果方式多元,例如討論出書籍內容如何連結生活與工作的運用、建立書籍中的知識的體系、轉化出具體的學習筆記、工作提案等等,開始從設定明確的讀書目標與成果導向作為讀書會的重要項目,能夠讓參與者了解自己的學習過程,也能實際能應用共同創作的學習成果。
